With single rooms, McConnell is perfect for students wanting a more private and academically focused living environment. Non-first year students have the convenience of residing on campus while living in a quiet, safe and friendly community. 

2024-2025 Rates

McConnell Single: $3,550/semester, $7,100/academic year

Rates are subject to Idaho State Board of Education approval. 

Rates are billed to students per semester. Students who apply for fall housing will sign a full-year contract.

First-year students living in the residence halls and all students living in Wallace, Theophilus Tower, North Campus Communities and McConnell are required to have a meal plan. Meal plan information can be found on the Idaho Eats Website.

Each room includes one twin XL bed, one vanity with sink, wardrobe, dresser, desk and chair. Restrooms are located in the middle of each floor. Rooms are located on a single-gender floors. All residence hall rooms include a mini-fridge and microwave.
